problem with win7.. few crash..

I'm having some problems with my win7 64bit for last two days.
Yesterday my win7 ceashed onle once, but today first at the morning my win7 freezed at where it load the windows logo so I had to shut down PC and start again and after that I got 2 crash and they were in ~10min. Now when I had PC on for ~8-9h I got again 2 crash and they were in ~10min also.. whats the problem?.. Before I havent have any that kind problem.
So total 5 crash and only once freeze

Should I install windows again or what? Would really like help.

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit OS.
