Problems with Windows Updates Installing

I am having a big issue installing windows 7 updates error 800B0100, updates just don't install. I have tried everything from update readiness tool, disabling anti-virus, turning off windows firewall, manual install, msconfig settings...THEY ALL SEEM TO FAIL. Just attaching the log file is my last hope please help!!!

You might have to re-register your .dll files as well as a few others.

That is some hefty corruption! I shall see if I can source all of the required files, and create you a fix. In the meantime, what sort of installation disks do you have (don't worry, we aren't reinstalling yet!)

I wud really appreciate your help, I have given up on everything now...dis is a new hp laptop which i formatted the 4-5th time and dis is da 1st time I have gotten issues with windows update on dis....before I had issues with the wireless driver but now that is sorted and dis has given me headaches....it's hardly 1 month used with genuine windows 7 x64 Home Premium...about the installation disks I have not pre-received any when I purchased dis I guess I'll have the ones with the hp recovery disk creator! I am yet to make them...right now I just format using the D: drive

Also the two updates that are causing issues are : Windows 7 Service Pack 1 for x64-based Systems (KB976932) & Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2443685). I have also tried the Fix WU Utility v 1.0 posted above but no luck.
