hi i keep on getting a blue screen once and a while all windows updates and drivers have been updated any ideas why thanks

Well the copy of windows seven you are having might be the issue . . .
When ever bsod appears people go first for the RAm.
I will suggest you to clear pagefile once and then see if that happens again or not.

hi thankyou for your reply i used ms fixit and the same thing happens firefox shuts down without any reason on detail

Well there might be an error in that disk ....
If you are having a licensed disk then ask Microsoft about your problem they will help you . . .
