Random BSOD after clean install

Hello, last night i made a clean install of windows 7 ultimate x64 and i get 4 bsods randomly.

It seems you are running a counterfeit installation.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless because it is not known what has been modified to your system.

A friend give me the dvd to install it and it works in his machine, what should i do now?

Buy a legitim windows and clean install.
