I recently built my pc and since i installed Windows on it i am having BSOD every now and then i restart or shutdown the computer.

It doesn't happen itself (e.g -restarts itself) it only occurs when i manually restart or shutdown the computer and it does it normally to the point the computer turns itself off and BSOD appears.

Please may be someone can fix this issue for me, i have reformatted my Windows and everything is up to date.

Thanks for taking your time to view this, hopefully i can resolve this issue.

I have attached memory dump as instructed , hopefully i have done it right.

Thanks again.

First BSOD is caused by

Code:
MODULE_NAME: iusb3xhc
IMAGE_NAME: [COLOR="Red"] iusb3xhc.sys[/COLOR]

Update Your USB 3.0 driver

Uninstall Daemon Tools Lite . That is a problematic program and will cause BSODs

Once you have that removed . Run the SPTD

As far as i know it is updated, coz nothing is showing up on windows update i will try find more info on the motherboard website, thanks btw i will try it.

went to device manager which shows

Etron USB 3.0 Extensible Host Controller
Etron USB 3.0 Extensible Root Hub
Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller
Inter(R) USB 3.0 Root Hub

they were the only ones showing USB 3.0 so i right clicked each one and clicked "Update Driver Software..." and clicked on Search automatically for updated driver software, all of them resulted in "The best driver software for your device is already installed".

If i am doing it wrong please enlighten me.
Thanks

The driver that caused the BSOD was caused by the Intel Driver . I apologize for not stating that in my earlier post.

Thank you very much for your quick response.
I have just uninstalled Daemon Tools Lite and i downloaded the SPTD and ran it which showed Uninstall Grayed out so closed it.

I googled the Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver which showed me https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=21129

So am downloading and installing it now.
My current version was 1.0.4.220 and the version i just installed is Version:1.0.8.251

So hopefully that was the problem. Thank you once again, guess its just a waiting game if i get the BSOD again, fingers crossed that has fixed the problem.
