Update:
I've gotten in contact with HP and they are taking it in for 'diagnostic and repair'
So it will be a few days until I ship it off, at least a week before I get it back, and then get to call them again, YAY. :sarc:

Oh, sorry I didn't mention that, yes I did the clean reinstall, and that was the first crash I received.
Interesting that there are so many drivers failing considering I just did the clean install and installed them freshly downloaded.
A few more crashes.

It is expected that some other person will take the charge of your issue. If none of them posts in between, I will see the dumps again, when I will be back home.

Okay, I was looking at the drivers in System32, and Accelerometer.sys is there, and it is from Hewlett-Packard. How is this installed with a clean version of windows, possibly that driver is causing the ntfs.sys and fltmgr BSOD's? If so, how do I remove this safely?

Yes, Accelerometer.sys is HP Mobile Data Protection System Accelerometer driver, and it is always troublesome. If you are sure that you haven't installed those components, delete them manually in drivers folder. Also, sometimes some malware say rootkit may fake any driver. As they resides in the BIOS, a full formatting of the HDD cannot keep it clean with 100% certainty. So, scan the system for possible virus infection.

When done, Clear COMS.
It will help you to get rid of any possible rootkit.

Also, the version of intel RST you have installed (Had I been in place of you, I would not have installed it at a clean reinstall, until and unless I use a RAID setup) is problematic. First get rid of intel rapid storage.

  1. Right click on "my computer" icon and click "manage" on the context menu.
  2. It will open the "computer management" window.
  3. Select "Device Manager" in the left pane, It will list all the existing devices up.
  4. Expand "IDE ATA\ATAPI Controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
  5. Select Intel device item under it, right click, uninstall.
  6. Continue the process for all intel device items.
  7. Now restart the computer. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate system driver, msahci.sys.
Then, if you really need Rapid Storage, download and install this particular version only.

Apply the latest version of nVidia display driver.
You may download it directly, from our forum link http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-cards/602-latest-nvidia-forceware-video-drivers-windows-7-a.html; or you may opt for the Option 2 of Drivers- Download NVIDIA Drivers for “Automatically find drivers for my NVIDIA products” (it requires java installed).

nvidiadisplaydriver_zps0ba1be3b.jpg

In short, you seem to have installed some unwanted elements at the clean reinstall. During driver installation, dont install anything other than the chipset, network, audio, graphics. Windows 7 does not need anything else to run, whereas their presence may cause various issues, you can see it.

Okay, I am working on those.
Should I uninstall Intel's USB 3.0 eXtensible host controller? Before installing it my USB 3.0 devices wouldn't function properly (at USB 2.0 speeds), and is there a different driver I could use that is reliable?

It is the most recent version as of yesterday.

Also, under storage controllers in Device Manager I am attempting to uninstall Intel ICH8M-E/ICH9M-E SATA RAID Controller, but every time I restart it installs again. :(
There is no option to "delete driver files" when uninstalling the device driver either.

Try uninstalling Intel Rapid Storage in Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Also, have you deleted Accelerometer.sys and followed the other steps I suggested you? If so, let us know how it works. If it crahses again, upload the crash dump.

Intel RST was uninstalled, as were the other Intel programs.
The drivers still exist in windows/system32/drivers, though. I just tried manually deleting them (after creating a restore point), which after restart caused BSOD loop, am in start up repair now.

TDSS Killer found no threats. Haven't don't defender offline yet, as I need to download the updates for it.

And yes accelerometer.sys was successfully deleted.

iaStorF/iaStorV won't delete without bsod on restart.

Dont delete the iaStor drivers manually from the driver folder. After uninstalling RST, do a Cleaner and registry cleaner run using CCleaner. It will do the necessary actions hopefully, and safely.

Let us know the situation after the startup repair.

Windows defender offline found no issues.
CCleaner did nothing to remove the files.

I am working on another clean install, hopefully without accelerometer.sys installing and no Intel RST.
