Random Freezing idle and load, throwing Stop:0x00000124

This is a "fun" situation and I am now out of troubleshooting ideas as the problem does not point anywhere! Time to ask the experts!

Anyways, I recently picked up a couple of brand new shiny Intel 730 SSDs and threw the two of them into RAID 0 and fresh installed Win 7 Pro x64. Now everything ran fine and dandy until my computer decided to start freezing randomly. Some days are fine, some days the freezing happens often. Playing minecraft, Civ V, browsing the internet, youtube, netflix. BIOS will throw Overclocked Failed messages. So I reduced my "overclock" on my RAM back down to 1866MHz. POSTing was extremely slow.
Then, one day I restarted it and it wont POST. Code 14 on a Asus Rampage IV Black Edition (x79) and it would hang up there. Only way to clear it was resetting the CMOS. Annoyed, I reset my settings, but this time also took my OC off my CPU from 4.1GHz back to 3.7GHz. RAM now down to 1600MHz.
Does not seem to freeze as often but still does. It never displayed a BSOD, tho it seemed to want to, until today when the computer froze in Civ V and finally threw a BSOD. Stop:0x00000124.
I have attached the requested .zip for help in this section. However, it did not seem to find a minidump file as it seemed to have completely seized up before the computer could dump.

I have tried running prime95 for s stress test. It just freezes the computer after a few seconds.
I tried benchmarking with Sandra Lite to try and isolate a failing stressed component but everything passes.
CPU Temps do not exceed 51c at the max, normally around 45c at load, 32c at idle.
GPU Temps hover at 38c idle, 65c load. At least from what I have observed myself.
Overclocks I had before I reduced them = CPU (Intel Core i7 4820K @ 3.7GHz -> OC'ed to 4.1GHz)
RAM(G.SKill DDR3 16GB @2400MHz. XMP @ 10-12-12-31-2T 1.65v)
RAM specification are rated for this! I never pushed past this tho!
I never, ever play with any voltages.

Any advice what to try next? I am out of ideas. All I know is it logic at this point to me suggests some piece of hardware is failing. I suspect RAM or CPU. However, I really want solid proof before I go to buy new replacements. Budget is super tight these days.

The zip you uploaded does not contain any crash dump.

Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Dont run any disc cleanup tool before you upload another zip.

I was not sure if it would contain a dump as the computer completely froze before the dump completed unfortunately. My system was configured for a Kernel Dump to happen, I have adjusted it to a minidump hoping it will write the dump before the computer completely freezes up on the BSOD if I do get to the BSOD screen again. When the computer freezes it normally freezes right before going to the BSOD screen, I know this for my sound gets stuck at a point and freezes there with that weird jittering sound and the way it freezes tells me a BSOD would appear if it did not freeze up first.

I will let you know when I do get another BSOD and if a dump wrote or not. Thanks!
