Continuing testing and seen when it reads one HDD, the latency goes very high.
It could possilby be a bad drive. It does have HDD errors on it VIA Hard drive sentinal.
It didnt appear that it gave lag when backing up anything on main windows HDD.
The HDD in question is my main steam HDD so could also be a conflict there.
I also tried plugging ethernet into the other adapter (Motherboard has 2)but that didnt make any difference.
