I'm stuck on the 3rd step, and to be honest I'm scared to continue

this is a new laptop and I don't wana lose it.

I have got the Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 folder now what do I have to do next?

Your laptop should have come with the 64-bit version of Windows 7. Dell doesn't provide any 32-bit driver for your model. Contact the store for the x64 version of Windows 7

Oh it was my bad, I am running a 64bit. Just saw now in my control panel.
