I want to upgrade my Win 7 Pro (64bit) to Win 10 but unfortinately I had previously installed Air Display an app which allows the screen to be extended to an iPad. I have uninstalled the application but it has left entries in the Registry that I cannot remove and seems to have taken control of the windows video drivers (WDDM V1.1) I have tried to remove as many of the remnants as I can but still cannot get rid if this pesky problem!
Looking at the Windows 10 update App it seems to have run the last system scan on 30th July, I am not sure if it has scanned my system since I reoved as much of this Air Display (Avatron Software) as I could get at. Avatron no longer provides this software for windows.
I have two questions:
1) Is there a way to get rid of the Air Display remnants?
2) Would it help to get the Win Update app to rescan my system, if so how can I faorce a new scan?
My computer ia a Sony Vai S Series Laptop with a Radeon Graphics Card.
Cheers
Jon
