Don't do a repair!!

Did you remove the old win7 entry and created a new one? If not do it and let it point to new partition. After that reboot to the new win7 boot entry. What error message do you get?

May I know what Windows 7 entry exactly? In Local Disk D was formatted already before I copied the clone from there. In system reserved disk I haven't deleted.

After win7 is working again you can:
  • attach other drive and boot
  • Run disk management and delete "system reserved" and old win7 on the OTHER DISK. Or just format the stuff

I've got the same error for the second red command only.
So:
REG DELETE HKLM\MY_SYSTEM\MountedDevices /v \DosDevices\C: /f =>succesfully. Nice!! Reference to old C is gone.
REG DELETE HKLM\MY_SYSTEM\MountedDevices /v \DosDevices\F: /f =>failed. No problem. You did delete partition F prior to starting the clone? Sure you typed it correctly?

Anyway what exactly happens when selecting WINDOWS 7 in boot menu? You see boot animation? What exact error message?

It must be fine now.

Do not give up. In this exact situation I often must try several methods. If commands don't help then delete listing in Easy and add it again. You must use drive letter seen in Win8.

Next try Macrium direct clone, if prompted choose without MBR or Track 0, Auto drive letter. Delete and add again in Easy.

That happens instantly after selecting windows7 in boot menu? Or do you see other things first?

This is the boot menu doesn't matter if it is Windows 7 for now.

When I boot Windows 7 it will appear #2 picture below.
#1

When entering the highlight "Launch Startup Repair (Recommend)",
which is cannot be seen in this photo, the result is the #3 picture below.

Other things when entering "Start Windows Normally" from #2 picture above,
Windows is loaded like this picture but it will end up of some programs not found in the #5 picture.

Did you delete Win7 listing in EasyBCD and create it again? What drive letter is it autocompleting, or are you having to supply it and is it the letter Windows 8 gives for Win7?

This could be because you've copied Win7 and not imaged it. This is not always as certain as imaging. You can either run Startup Repair on Win7 to try to start it as it is, or clone Win7 from the other HD directly to the partition deleting the copy of 7 there. You do not want to transfer MBR, Track0 or choose any drive letter other than Auto if you're asked by the cloning or imaging app. I would try Macrium again which usually just works.

Then boot into Windows 8 to delete and then add 7 again using EasyBCD.

If you choose to run Win7 Startup Repair and it starts without a Dual Boot menu, then you can install EasyBCD to 7 to add 8.

It might even repair the Dual Boot to run Windows 8 Automatic Repair
