I setup an IPSec tunnel between a firewall at another location and My windows 7 Ultimate PC.
My home lan is 192.168.12.0/24, and the Windows 7 machine running the tunnel is 192.168.12.113
The other end of the tunnel is 192.168.111.0/24

So here's the layout
192.168.12.1-->192.168.12.113-->INTERNET-->192.168.111.1

My Windows 7 machine can ping everything on the other LAN, everything on the other LAN can ping 192.168.12.113.

But nothing else on my LAN can ping the remote network, and the remote network can't ping anythign else on my LAN

I even tried configuring static route in windows itself.
ROUTE ADD 192.168.111.0 MASK 255.255.255.0 192.168.12.113
But that didn't help either.

Does anyone have any ideas?

thanks but that looks like it's mostly for transforming data for emulated tunnels or sorts.
