Saints Row: The Third crashing on DX9 mode

Halp plz
srTT crashing on dx9 but it lags horribly on dx11.

you are using integrated graphics and a dual core CPU. I hate to say it but I would bet money that it's because your PC is not powerful enough to run the game. I used to try to game on my dad's PC and it sucked because we never had enough money to get a good PC. My advice would be to save some money and get a better CPU and a $100 range graphics card. Either that, or you should save up and build a gaming PC for like $500. Sorry man.
