SFC says wimgapi.dll is corrupt

Some sort of odd corruption. Ran SFC, the key file that's missing is:

Also, I tried lots of other options like restore but none are available.

I was decompressing a large file from USB and was running out of disk space so I was trying to do a disk cleanup including system files to free up some space. I think I ran out of space while everything was running and that corrupted this file. Repair fixed a few but not this one.

From other threads, it looks like someone can compile the proper version with the right hash and then I can xcopy it into place. I'm hoping that is the solution here.

Im traveling so I don't have access to much in the way of tools.
