Have a Windows 7 HE SP1 with many problems, uncluding failed updates.
Running sfc /scannow fails at 10%

It's stopped at different points.

Hi there .. You might have an Infection do a scan with Malwarebytes ... I do not see that helping much though ... Clean Install would solve your problems ...
