Sfc /Scannow problem

Hey so i ran a sfc /scannow and it found corrupt files and could not repair them. I tried again in safe mode but to no avail. I will provide the cbs.log file so someone can possibly help me. Thanks :)

In addition you may need to run SFC more than once, up to 3 times to get it to repair the files.

If irreparable files remain, I'd consider a Repair Install.

If this is Asus preinstalled Win7 then I'd do a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to get rid of the bloatware and duplicate utilties which interfere with and have better versions built into Win7. I'd also do the reinstall if your install doesn't compare to the perfect install outlined.
