SFC /Scannow-Problem

Hi,


I cannot finish sfc /scannow. It always finish in 58%.
There are some problems but it cannot fix it.
I need a help to solve this problem.

qmgr.mof and qmgr.dll are related to Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS).

Try to install the hotfix https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2278842/you-cannot-download-files-by-using-the-bits-service-in-windows-server

This hotfix is for Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008

You do have a the key for the Win 7 ultimate, don't you?
Do a Repair installation. Repair Install - Windows 7 Help Forums
It will reinstall Windows keeping your programs and data.

Boot your computer into your current installation.
Put your Win 7 ultimate disk on the ODD.
With Explorer go to the ODD and run \Setup.exe. When asked, insert the Win 7 ultimate key.
For the updates, install the SP2 MS releases SP2 for Windows 7 - Windows 7 Help Forums
