Shutdown problem.

Why does my laptop takes forever to shutdown?
im using windows 7 ultimate x64

What antivirus software are you using? Some, like norton, have been known to cause shutdown issues.

I dont have Anti-virus lol.
I only use Ccleaner and Malwarebytes.

Have a look at this Tutorial to see if you have got your paging file set to clear at shutdown. Virtual Memory Paging File - Clear at Shutdown - Vista Forums

In view of the fact that you have no AV installed, you could also be infected by malware which could also be preventing your system from shutting down.

Can you please recommend some AV thats for gaming?
(Like less memory etc.)

I, like many others, use the free version of Avast!, although there are numerous AV solutions available, both free and paid for. You should find some more information on the different AVs available by browsing this sub-forum: System Security - Windows 7 Forums

If you are familiar with editing the registry you can enable the "verbose status...." of your PC. Once you have done that, your screen will display the steps involved in both boot up and shut down. This could help identify the particular process causing your shutdown delay. Post if you need any assistance in doing that.

Microsoft Security Essentials is an excellent antivirus/malware program, not only is it free but it consumes very few resources.
