hey guys,
i have had windows on this slow computer for about 1 year now but i never had a problem running things, until yesterday i updated or shud i say let windows update from the update center i never did that before. When i first put the os on this computer. I have disabled all visual effects and even removd all startup programs n process. and still when i go to play diablo2 which aint a graphical game it lags and it lags nearly every where i mean windows is running faster but i got this lag where i can see the graphics card basically trying to renender i have read up about it for about 10hours but can i find a decent solution. i could play battlefield2 on this computer without a problem but ever since i get lag on opening videos n and then in game play. like it wont render properly and my sound is normal while in gameplay.

I am running a windows 7 ultmate intel4 3ghz 1gb ram n 256mb nvidia gfx5700 graphics card i never had a problem until i updated the windows. I even tryed to rollback the updates but the problem persists. its like a process that windows has updated is draining my userability....

i just wnat my shitty computer back to normal

Use system restore from a point before the updates*. You will then get all the updates again. Make sure that you change the settings to let you install yourself. Then put the updates in one by one, and test. When you find the bad one(s), uninstall and right click to hide. In the future download the updates as I described.

*You could uninstall each, but I prefer to use system restore if you do not have to go to far back.
