Solved Solution to RAM useage

Sorry for my bumpkin entrance in this topic.I think it could be a problem from the motherboards drivers....Try to reinstall the drivers and then keep me online.

Well delamite it seem like your specs keep changing. What you have according to post #20 you now have 2 sticks of ram of 2 gigs each which equals a total of 4 gigs. That means their is not a problem. Windows 7 show the same as the motherboard. You only have 4 gigs of ram installed.
This is your memory as per your specs.

well,
I am truly embarrassed now, I am trying to upload a picture showing the start of why I thought I was not using all of the RAM. On each stick of my RAM, it clearly says: 4 gigs (2x2gigs).

I guess they mean both sticks together as a kit purchased, and not individually ????

Anyway, since the pic will not load I guess I have to mark the thread solved, and thank everyone for the detective work done here. REALLY I MEAN IT THANKYOU !!

And as a bonus, I have learned trouble shooting technique's and picked up some useful tools.
