SEE POST #7 for new question
Hi I just downloaded Windows 7 Home Premium, and I tried to play Starcraft but it won't let me. When I try and play it the colors are all messed up. I know there have been threads about this before, but I have tried most of those solutions and they did not work. Just to let you guys know I have Starcraft as an .iso file and i virtually mount it via daemon tools. So, can anyone help me? I'm dissapointed in Windows 7, that I have this problem. I never had this problem on XP or Vista...
edit: just figured it out, set it to run in 256 colors and run in 640x480 resolution. (in the compatibility tab)
i didnt run it in XP or Vista or 98. left that part unchecked
it runs fine now. except the only thing is when i alt+tab i get the weird colors again, and then i have to turn it off and restart Starcraft, and the colors arent there...
how come I only had this problem on windows 7, I never had this problem in vista..
