Try downloading Malwarebytes anti-malware free from this page

Run a scan. It sounds like something has been put in startup.

If Malwarebytes doesn't clean it out you can try AutoRuns by SysInternals.

The symptoms described can be caused by malware. Many times the infection will not allow a cleanup program to run after Windows has booted. Try the following link for a possible cure;

Malwarebytes : Chameleon

uninstall ALL unwanted tool bars and programs from windows first.

after that, you can hit windows+R on your keyboard, type 'msconfig" click ok and go to startup. you can uncheck everything you want. i recomend keeping driver enabled. such as "realtek" or "synaptics" etc.

Strangely enough, recently I decided to download Malwarebytes. The site I got it from also gave me some malware. I tried a couple things and then did a System Restore and things were fine. If you just started having the problem, a System Restore might cure it.

well, if you want to try to fix it, try this:
download ADWCleaner from below:
AdwCleaner Download

scan and clean the computer with it, then post the logs located in C:\ADWCleaner :)

Check your browser's Tools>Add Ons to disable any Add Ons besides Flashplayer and any Search besides the sstable Google search box.

Make sure you got all traces out by running a SuperAntiSpyware full scan.

Then turn off Start with Windows and Updater in SAS preferences, establish a Clean Boot and check over your install good using the Troubleshooting Steps for Win7
