Startup Repair Loop (help needed)

Download the file for your licensed version again from Windows 7 Direct Download Links.

After it finishes downloading, open the Windows 7 USB-DVD Download Tool and browse for the file in your Downloads folder. If it's not there then do a search for it by the file name from the Start button rb: Search box.

Once you click to download the file, click on "save".... remember where you saved it!!


It may be saved in your "Downloads", your "Documents" or on your "Desktop". Do you know how to find these places?
