Status 0xc000000f And no repair disc.

So what happened was I went to restart my computer, while I was waiting my powercord unplugged (battery is dead so its always at 0 charge) and it shut off. When I tried to turn it back on I get a windows boot manager error stating the boot selection failed because a required device is inaccesible. Error 0xc000000f. I do not have any discs to use the repair my computer option. I have read up a bit and found this website Official Windows 7 SP1 ISO from Digital River « My Digital Life I was wondering if this is what I need to download in order to repair my computer. I also am not sure if the computer is 32 or 64 bit. If I download the wrong bit (32 or 64) and try to use it, will it wreck my computer? I am using my ipod touch to post this so sorry if this is not detailed enough, I just dont wanna wreck my computer any more then it us.

Thanks for posting the link, will it matter if I download the wrong bit? Im pretty sure I read somewhere that it wont. Not sure if its true or not. Im not the best with computers and I dont wanna break it.

How much RAM do you have in your PC? If you have more than 3 GB RAM, you're better off with 64 bit, otherwise use 32 bit. What version of windows 7 did you have originally, home premium?

Not really sure to be honest, It has 4 gigs of ram and i believe it has a intel amd processor. The computer is a dell inspiron 1546
