STOP 0xc4 when Resuming from Sleep

I have blue screens about every fifth or so time I wake my computer from sleep mode. I've attached my zip from the SF Diag Tool

Tried out a little DIY Dump debugging, looks like it's an NVIDIA thing. (I'd appreciate if anyone could verify that for me). Trying out a Driver uninstall, sweep, and clean install.
