Stop Codes During Install

Hey,
On a separate machine while trying to install a proven disk I get Stop Codes "0x0A", (10 characters) "0x80" (16 characters) and "0x02". (16 characters)
It happens while setup is collecting info just before "Installing Files" starts. Once it got to 2% installing files with DVD and once it got to 80% installing files using same setup files on a USB Flash Drive. I don't think the 80% was correct because there was only a little over a GB worth of files on the drive.
I've tried the on-board and discreet graphics, both CD Burners individually, no CD Burners.
I'm tired of looking at GParted and it's tired of looking at me.
Thank for any ideas.

heysnick,
Proven Disk = the machine I'm speaking to you from. The only se7en install media I have. Fresh copy from the .iso file. I tried it on this machine (2x Gigabyte® GA-MA785-US2H MB) and it completed fine. (again) The trouble is on a new Gigabyte® GA-MA785-UD3H MB. It's now informing me at reboot, when it should boot from the new install, that the BCD/Boot Configuration is not right so ...
