Solved Strange malfunctioning windows 7

I am currently experiencing a strange problem in my system.Sometimes when i boot up and log on to windows 7 on my laptop,the system shows strange behaviour . The network connections icon in the tray icon shows the loading circle stuck up for sometime and afterwards a red cross appear on it. The troubleshooting fails,the network and sharing center wouldnt load, the activation status and product ID are unknown, sometimes cant click on the desktop ,it gives an error tone .Kaspersky wont load.But these problems dont appear everytime I boot onto windows,just occasionally.

another thing i want to mention here is that i havent been able to get windows updates from september 2015.I didnt use my laptop frequently after that.windows update is showing error,SO i installed the september convenience rollup and april 2015 stack update

anyone have any suggestions on how this can be solved

When AddRam posts the download link and its for the same comp, perform a repair install.

I have found out the cause of the problem.It was caused by my kaspersky total security at startup.There are no issues at startup after i disabled the application autorun option
