Stuck at Searching for updates

Hey, I am trying to update windows and it's has been searching for updates forevere, I've looked at other threads on here but they requiere to install a standAlone update "KB3020369" but when I try to install that or any other it also just get's stuck at "searching for updates to your computer"

reboot
post the logs
