Hello, im new to all of this, so i hope i have posted in the right place. Apologies otherwise.

Anyway, i was playing some online games the other night, and all of a sudden, i started getting errors. I thought, pft, its just something wrong with the game. Restarted it. However, then, about 10 minutes later, my screen went blue, and i got yellow writing to say something was wrong with my pc (it dissapeared so fast that i couldnt even read it). Anyway, after trying to do various Windows Restarts etc, which im not even able to do for some reason. I have found out, due to an error code, its something to do with the harddrive.

Anyway, in my quest to try to fix it, i managed to get onto windows repair. However, i am now stuck on windows repair and im unable to even get back to my windows login screen. My aim is to get back to the windows login screen so i can contact my computers manufacturer to try and get a replacement, as im still within the 1 year warranty.

I have no Windows 7 disks or anything.

Im just stuck on Startup Repair loop, i turn on pc, it says "Windows is loading files" i get onto another loading bar. It then goes to Startup Repair, this then fails after about 10 seconds and i get choice if i "Send" or "Dont send" if i choose dont send, i just select "Finish" or "Cancel" and i then the pc just restarts and goes back to the Startup Repair again. Litrally going in circles.

Only other option i have is when i first turn on pc, i get the options to press "Esc" or "Del" to go to other options, im not sure if i can bypass Startup Repair in some way by going there.

Im not technically minded at all, im sure my post will show this. But i really hope i can just get back to the normal Windows Login screen so i can just contact my pc manufacturer.

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium if this helps. My pc is made by Novatech.

Thank you very very much for your reply :)

I appreciate the time you spent to read my post.

I managed to phone up the manufacturer after all and they are going to fix it for me as im within the warranty.

Again, appreciate the help regardless.

Thank you!
