System Crashes still after reformat/install. Help please.

These are the last few crashes. I had been crashing before and after running memtest (no failures) and trying to update all the drivers, then systematically removing old programs, I decided to just reformat and install. I have still continued to crash about once a day, with no rhyme or reason.

Can someone please help me?

Included is output from SF Diag Tool if it will help. I really need some help. I also ran Memtest for 4 hours with 0 errors.

Ok, I am running driver verifier per the instructions. After about an hour I had a Video Driver crash.

Going to update nvlddmkm.sys (Nvidia driver) and dxgkrnl.sys and dxgmms1.sys appear to be a part of windows update which is up to date.

Bump. Updated Mother Board Bios and drivers for chipset, Network and audio.
Ran a fix on the boot manager. Scanned for virus's again with AVG and Avast.
Running CHKDSK right now.

Random BSODs related to NTOSKRNL.EXE over and over. I am at my wits end.
