The problem is USB related, installing graphics drivers will have no effect.
Windows 7, for some reason, hates it when any USB port is being worked too hard, and as a result goes into overdirve, causing the CPU to jump up to 80-100%.
My PC always does this whenever i download a lot of things from the internet, or when i transfer anything from my or to my external HDD, all of which use USB.
I have no clue how to fix it however, i have installed chipset drivers and everything, i will install the latest BIOS version and let you know if anything changes.
