How do I check system ID in my computer?

but i have qestion about so called "supportedOS Id for Windows 7"
working with app.manifest using vstudio2010 i got this msg:

Set the Id attribute to {35138b9a-5d96-4fbd-8e2d-a2440225f93a} to run the application using Windows 7 functionality.
Applications that support Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8 functionality do not require separate manifests. In this case, add the GUIDs for all the Windows operating systems.

well since Microsoft abadonned win7 a lot articles end up archived or vanished so i dont pay attention recently... hh

btw. so i am using vstudio2010 n win sdk7.1 what iam looking for solution projects or .sln downgrades from newest vstudio like 2k+, 2013 to vstudio2010? do u have any suggestion or program i could use? i got sum old prog. project converter but only for downgrade vs2010.sln to vs2008 or vs2005...

i know for example:
