Solved System Update Readiness Tool for x86 ?

I am struggling to find this tool for Windows 7 x86.
I think I am just so tired. A link would be much appreciated.

Tomorrow I will start the Windows Update Posting Instructions process.
Should I post here? Or should I post a new thread?

I really need help. I have been at this for 3 days with no love.
I have tried every single thing I could find here and on Microsoft.
