Tasks Corrupted in Task manager

Win 7 Premium 64 bit

Seven task images have been corrupted, I have repaired Four of them and with some help I may be able to repair the rest.

My first question is where is the task "VerifiedPublisherCertStoreCheck" supposed to be located in the Task Manager? I have the XML file to import but I don't know where to import it.

Any and all help appreciated.

Task "VerifiedPublisherCertStoreCheck" is in Microsoft > Windows > AppID

This task is disabled for me.
