the e-mail address could not be found - Outlook 2007

Greetings,

I work as a DBA for a company where suddenly some users started facing some issues with there outlook 2007 , when they try sending mails internally or externally , they get this mail bounced back from system administrator :

the e-mail address could not be found . perhaps the recipient moved to a different email organization or there was a mistake in the address . check the address and try again.

PS: don't know if its related but ,they recently had issues with incoming mails on there exchange server 2003 , due to low space on C drive. so, i moved it to D drive . it got fixed but then this random issue started . some times they can send mails but the very next moment they get this message.

Welcome to Seven Forums jack019. Until someone with Database administrative experience comes along, see if this thread helps (I will assume you know how to troubleshoot these issues).

A 5.1.0 non-delivery report (NDR) message is returned when users send or forward a message that has embedded HTML content or MIME-based attachments

maybe thats the issue. letme just try it
