its a clean install of windows and i haven't downloaded hardly anything and i only have anti-malware bytes which i do an occasional full scan
and yes ive done all of those things already. the first thing I did was the SFC/SCANNOW and scan for viruses with anti-malware bytes and came up clean
I havent had the chance to even download the rest of my programs that I use
this is a windows error
it magically fixed itself after windows eventually installed all its updates and i let my computer restart
then discord just suddenly popped up running all on its own with no problem. I guess this is solved for now.
