I did someone's shift today as a favor, and the first thing they said to me, was can you do next Sunday again too? :shock: I've said no, I don't mind doing the odd little favor for someone sometimes, but doing their shift all the time is taking the mickey slightly.

Went to my grandsons school Christmas play today, he's 4, he was a Christmas card, he doesn't enjoy this kind of thing he's a very shy child and doesn't have much confidence but he did do some singing. Now his brother who's just turned 3 will be starting school in January and we know he's going to be just the opposite.

Must have been priceless - a shy Christmas card! Pics of the nieces and nephews in their Christmas plays always end up on my desktop for the holiday season, some of the ones I treasure most. Any evident self-consciousness makes it even more heartwarming.

Our daughter Molly is playing the part of a Snowflake in her Christmas play this year, we are going to watch it on the 17th, it will be too cute for words I am sure!
