Then I went to Shoezone and got is brand new trainers for £10. Which is a real bargain.

Damn koalas have started early this year - I have an amorous pair in the tree outside and they noisy as hell!

I have been walking Gracie as usual and I saw these classic cars in Battle.

Bright morning here.

Instead of doing routine morning up-downhill race with full safety apparel, took my abandoned bicycle, biking along the car-free-day zone, eat soft rice, and watching people from the sidewalk.

A beautiful-Sunday morning that is mostly missed by who are still hiding under their warm blanket.

That's a great bike.. I need one to ride, instead of always walking the miles I want to get in daily.
Riding that bike would be very cool also.

But walking for miles with steady pace also offer you a better stamina in return.
