Oh man, two weeks without internet service. Thats just plain brutal! :p It would have drove me crazy as well. H'mmm, maybe I need to get a life.... :D

Thanks Guys! I was going crazy by the problem and by the lack of solution after MANY calls to the tech "support", but other than annoy them as hard as I can, I can't really do too much. However I already had the flyer's of another ISP in the table if things didn't improve :p

Hopefully the new modem will do the trick, but its good to have a fallback option as well.
