Hi John, yes I have put on some weight in these few months.
I'm only 24 yrs old and I'm already 86kgs. :shock:
I need to start gym and regular exercise now.

Unfortunately it was so tasty I ate it all, I am so full I can barely walk lol.

Been to work (2-8) and almost broke the temperature reading machine for the fridge at work :shock:

I thankfully managed to get it working and it wasn't damaged either

Weight alone does not determine if you are overweight.

If you were less than 5ft tall you might be classed as overweight. If he is 6ft tall then 13 stone is far from being overweight.

It also depends upon what is contributing to the weight, as you could be a body builder or rugby player, and technically be classed as obese or overweight.

165 lbs. 32in. waist.

Last time I was 165 lbs. and a 32" waist I was 13 years old.

Once upon a time I could dead lift a 300lb. truck transmission off the floor and set it on a workbench.
Now carrying my 10lb. O2 bottle exhausts me in a few paces.

I weigh 196. When I was working from home I ballooned up to 245! My job is what I call my diet and exercise plan. I work all day and don't eat, lol.
