Today I cleaned my user profile. Deleted old visitor messages (120+), leaving only those from today, deleted subscribed threads with no new posts in the past four weeks (450+), and removed banned or expelled members from my friends list (7).

Those banned friends made me think if it's my habit to socialize with "bad boys", as a teacher of mine told me already almost 40 years ago...

Today I must sleep! This insomnia of mine is getting worse. I've slept a maximum of three and a half hours a night the last week and a half. It's now Monday noon, the last time I slept was between 5 and 8 AM Sunday morning.

I can understand that people have difficulties to fall asleep. What I can not understand, is that when my body finally has got enough and I fall asleep, why do I wake up in only couple of hours, still completely exhausted and tired but unable to sleep more.
