Glad to hear that everything went as well as could be expected, LW7. The next few weeks are going to be an anxious time for you all as you await the results. I hope that when they come, they will be favourable.

Why so long for resutls to come back?
Normally, if anything looks suspicious, they do a frozen section and send it to the lab immediately so they can remove more.
Based on your information he should be good to go to a quick recovery and that's darned good news.

Today Mae Lyne her followup appointment with her oncologist. As Dennis mentioned above, we had gotten a good preliminary report while she was in ICU. Today, the oncologist confirmed. There is no cancer anywhere else and no radiation or chemo needed. She will followup every six months was a CT scan and a visit to the oncologist. YEA!!!! Prayers answered!
