I'm getting an error with PayPal as well.

It states:

Your payment can't be completed. Please return to the participating website and try again.

Looks like there's some issue with the site and their integration with paypal.

I'm doing some reading atm and I think it's Indian paypal accounts that are the issue.

I get this page when I login to my PP account. So it looks like my PP account is having some issues. I have contacted paypal regarding this issue. Waiting for a reply from them.

You need to clear that issue, Dinesh. At the moment it's not accepting anything, both PayPal and credit card options give error messages. Hopefully you can clear it out.
