Toolwiz removed power options

SO I downloaded and ran Toolwiz optimization and when I went to check my power settings it does not show the drop down menu to adjust sleep timer. Attached screenshot is all that is there.

First remove Toolwiz. Second, restore to before you "optimized" with it.

Restored back to about two weeks ago, didn't change anything. Thinking it must be a permanent thing and might need a re install if it gets too terrible. So experience taken away from this, "Do not let a new program optimize anything."
