Transfer data from SSD to another hard drive?

Greetings!
I installed a 60GB SSD a couple of years ago when they were quite expensive. I planned to use it solely for the operating system (Windows 7 Ultimate x 64). However over the years, it has become full to overflowing. I would like to clean it up and return it to the operating system only. Unfortunately I do not have the original disks or access to the installation programs for most of the information on the SSD. I have two other hard drives in the system - a 500GB Velociraptor that I originally wanted to hold all the programs and a 1000GB for the data. Can anyone tell me the best way to transfer the data off the SSD without screwing up my system? Thanks!

Not having the Win 7 disks is no problem as long as you have the Product Key, the 25 character code that is on a small sticker somewhere on your PC. You can download the ISO from here Official Windows 7 SP1 ISO from Digital River « My Digital Life and burn onto a DVD (not more than 4X) and use this for a clean install on your SSD. When you are happy with the install, you can insert your Product Key and active your Win 7. Use this tutorial to aid on your installation.

If you can put some programs on your SSD, you will see a big advantage in speed. This is the desired way to install SSD's.

Thanks for your input. I have the windows disk - it is all the other data that I need to transfer.

If you are wanting to transfer programs from one disk to the other, that is not possible. The programs have registry entries on the OS so they have to be reinstalled on the new hard drive.
