Trend Micro Problem When Activating

So I found out today that Trend Micro does not work for Windows 7.

I installed the Windows 7 version. But apparently something with my serial number screwed up.

Said I had to take it off another computer to install it. Ok, thought so. I went to put in the password, but the email is some email that is @trend.com.tw

And that is definitely not my e-mail. Did this happen to anyone else?

On another computer with Windows 7, it just wouldn't take the serial number.

What can I do?

Problems with Trend Micro

I have a trial version of Trend Micro 2010. I keep getting the message that there may be a problem with the latest update. I have gone through all the fixes suggested on their website and have been going back and forth via email with technical support. I still don't have it fixed. Basically, it installed, but the updates won't take.

I have an ASUS netbook. I'm thinking Trend Micro won't work with Windows 7. Any ideas?
