Trouble Launching Counter Strike: Source

Icollier93, did you ever fix your problem? I just installed windows 7 and I have exactly the same problem: the "preparing to lauch counter strike source" window comes up, then it disapears and then nothing happens.

I have windows 7 with the 32 bit. I cannot get counterstrike to launch. It attempts to and then never loads. I've tried messing with the W7 firewall and the other options that might keep it from running, but no luck. Someone please help.
