Trying to install win7 on new laptop, error 0xc0000359

I just bought brand new laptop that has free dos as os. Since it doesn't have cd/dvd-rom, i made bootable usb with 64bit windows 7, using wintoflash software. I selected my usb device in bios (it says: UEFI: JetFlash etc) And then it starts loading files (black screen, white % bar on bottom) when it finishes loading, this message pops up

What am I doing wrong?

PS it was formated using FAT32

And I tried doing that. But it's like my USB wasn't even plugged. It skipped loading windows files completely, and just opened free dos instead.

Hi,
Have you created a partition to install windows on ?
If so this partition would need to be formatted as ntfs or unallocated

Otherwise to get to the boot menu use F8 on first start up to select the flash drive
The flash drive could be bad :/

I don't even get to the patition creation part. It cancels before that.
And I tried it with 2 different USB flash drives, still didn't work.
