I've run into a situation. I have a Windows 7 Pro (32 bit) that I'm trying to allow users to RDP into for testing. I've done this many times on XP machines, but for some reason, I can't add users to the W7 machine.
I follow the "normal procedure: allow RDP connections and then add domain users. When I go to add someone, their correct information shows up (Name and [email protected]). However, when I add/apply, it returns to the list of users with the user's name, but instead of the expected user icon, name and "hospice\<username> , I get what looks like an outline of that icon with a "?" on top of it.
When I exit and then return, the icon with a ? appears, but now I only see and "hospice\ " (no username).
Anyone got ideas why this is happening??
TIA
