Hello everyone!
Can you please state categorically, step by step how you were able to add the Windows 7 pc to the Windows 200 AD Domain.

I am unable to have it joined and am receiving the following error:
"An attempt to resolve the DNS name of a domain controller in the domain being joined has failed.
Please verify that the client is configured to reach a DNS server that can resolve DNS names in the target domain."

Many thanks,
Taz.

To reach those win 2k domains you will usually need to find out which DNS your domain server is using then add that DNS address or addresses to your IPv4 properties as a static DNS.
